FINANCIAL UNIVERSITY UNDER THE GOVERNMENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION
Admission
A foreign student may enter in Financial University by the following means:

under a bilateral agreement between Financial University and the home university
-
under a quota of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation
-
under an educational paid contract
Bilateral academic agreement
Such an agreement provides a mutual exchange of students between two universities on a parity basis. Under a bilateral agreement the following types of exchanges are possible:

simple exchange for 1 or two regular academic terms with a mutual tuition fee waiver. No diploma is awarded at the end of exchange term
-
double degree programmes with or without a tuition fee waiver. A diploma is awarded upon successful completion of the programme
Quotation of Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation
Every year the Ministry of Education and Science distributes a certain number of places funded by the State attached to certain Russian universities. The home university may directly contact the relevant department of the Ministry of Education and Science regarding the possibility to obtain such a place.
Currently Financial University has more than 50 simple exchange programmes and 9 regular "double degree" programmes.
We also offer to our students the University of London International Programmes based on distance learning technology which allow to study abroad without leaving Russia.
