As a non-political, independent, and not-for-profit organisation, AIESEC is run by students and recent graduates from institutions of higher education who are passionate about leadership, management, and addressing global issues.

Through its programmes, AIESEC offers leadership development, cross-cultural internships, and volunteer exchange experiences, empowering young people to make a positive impact on society.

Operating in over 100 countries and territories, with a membership of approximately 44,280 young people and partnerships with over 5,000 organisations, AIESEC continues to create opportunities for youth to contribute to a better world.
