Established in 2002 in Baguio City, Philippines, API BECI is an ESL institution that provides various courses to suit learners' individual goals in second language acquisition. We strive to expand our students' strategies, empowering them to learn independently and efficiently. Our achievement of having four pristine campuses offers comfortable study and living areas, distinct academic programs, and unique courses that broaden students' perspectives, try new things, and discover new ideas.

API BECI Inc. provides English courses for international students across the Asia, with a learner-centered curriculum that emphasizes differentiated instruction to suit individual learning needs and goals.

We have 4 specialized campuses to cater to diverse student needs.

• Café Campus offers a relaxed environment, ideal for beginners. It also puts emphasis on pronunciation, thus offering specialized programs such as Parrot Program, Rehab Program, SP Program among others.
• City Campus is designed mainly for office workers who wish to combine work, vacation, and English training or as we dubbed it ‘workcation’. It offers Business English and General English courses with a customized schedule or curriculum.
• Sparta Campus that offers 24-ESL (Conversation Intensive Course), TOEIC, and IELTS in an immersive English-speaking environment that aims to expose students to English 24 hours a day. With strict living and academic regulations, students can progress in a short period of time. 
• B'CEBU is located in Mactan, Cebu City - offering a variety of courses that offer a variety of study options for all students' needs: Speed ESL, Intensive ESL, IELTS, Junior ESL, Lite ESL, 8weeks Working Holiday Preparation. This is a new choice for students who want to learn English and experience island tourism in Cebu.
