İstanbul Kent University

Istanbul Kent University, which admitted students for the first time in 2017 - 2018 academic year, was founded by the Unimpeded Education Foundation (ENEV). The chairwoman of the board of trustees of the university is Berna Yılmaz, who is known for providing educational opportunities to disadvantaged children, and the rector is Prof. M.D. M. Necmettin Atsü. There are 4 faculties, 3 vocational schools and 1 institute within the university. Our central campus was built preserving the architecture of the historical German Hospital, at the heart of Istanbul, Taksim. The second ecological and high-tech campus is located in Kağıthane. Our university aims to raise competent and confident world citizens who are attached to our cultural and national values and are able to compete nationally and internationally in every field.
