The large and small green circles on Kimpo Colleges Korean red pine symbol represent the colleges educational philosophy of originality, positivity and virtue. The pine itself represents the educational mindset and philosophy of our college, which is evergreen like the pine tree, as well as the rich and beautiful world pursued by our students and faculty through their dynamic activities and honest, positive temperaments. It also represents Kimpo College’s unchanging pledge to study science and technology for the good of society and humankind. The soft curves of the red pine’s trunk represent the flexible thinking and behavior of Kimpo College’s students and staff, as well as the flexibility of our college’s education which is suitable for any environment as well as a youthful confidence and strong volition which is full of the desire to develop the future.
