Ludovika University of Public Service (UPS), located in Budapest, Hungary, was established in 2012 through the merger of the Police Academy, Zrínyi Miklós University of National Defence, and the College of Public Administration, with Eötvös József College joining in 2017.

Today, UPS educates nearly 7,000 students across four faculties: Public Governance and International Studies, Military Science and Officer Training, Law Enforcement, and Water Sciences. The university offers a wide range of bachelor's and master's programmes in English.
UPS has over 70 bilateral cooperation agreements, more than 160 Erasmus agreements in 30+ countries, and is a member of 35 global organisations, emphasising its strong international presence.
The university's campus, situated in one of Budapest's largest public parks, has received multiple national and international awards for its design and sustainability.
