Italy is the most popular EU country among students after Germany and France. And there are some reasons why:
- Quality of education. Italy has a lot of great universities to study in. 43 of them are included in Times Higher Education world’s best universities ranking. Italy has one of the oldest educational tradition in the world including University of Bologna operating since XI century.
- Costs. Despite the high quality of education the tuition is very affordable in comparison with other countries of Western Europe. Much the same can be said about living expenses.
- Variety of programs. In Italy you can choose almost any сurriculum area – and be sure it will be covered properly. Importantly, many programs are also available in English.
- Cultural heritage. Italy has more World Heritage Sites than any other country. And it really does not matter in which part of the country do you study – well-developed public transportation system allows you to easily visit as many sight as you want.
