VENTSPILS UNIVERSITY

Ventspils University College (VUC) was founded in 1997 as a self-governing state university college and scientific institution. Its basic activity is to carry out scientific research and to implement academic and professional study programmes.

VUC offers to acquire knowledge in our faculties of Economics and Management, Translation Studies and Information Technologies offering 13 Bachelor, Master and PhD study programmes. Currently, there are approximately 900 full-time students (including international students from countries like Spain, France, Germany, Lithuania, Turkey, etc.), 80% of which are funded from the state budget.
